who we are...

ever hear the saying, you can please all the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but not all the people all of the time? well, i figured out that the later is what i've been trying to do. and now i also know why... i discovered that by personality type i look for harmony and thus become a "people pleaser". not a negative quality in itself, yet it can keep me quiet and not express my true feelings. maybe the reason i want to blog. i have many ideas floating in my dreams and would like to manifest them into a real form.

color~ affects mood and daily life

i love color! i wish to be surrounded by pleasing color combinations everywhere. somehow reality does not cooperate with my desires. the current colors of mass consumption do not always coincide with my favorite color palette. color trend
i may like some of the current fashion silhouettes, but none of the colors or none of the shapes, but some of the colors and what if i like certain colors that are not particularly flattering to my personal coloring. oh my! i think i have processed an idea that will solve some of this dilemma. my ideal, of course, would address all the issues at hand, but i still am dealing in reality, so, my vision starts with a reference (charts, colors, groupings) to help an individual choose clothing according to the most flattering shape, color, style and size. what a concept... add to that eco-friendly and sustainability and my head begins to swim! yes, i have developed ways to group individuals by skintone, body-shape and personality. may need help to further define the information.

sense of self~ knowing our personality perimeters can help us fulfill our personal mission in life, get along with others and build on our strengths, rather than trying to change our weaknesses. if your personal identity is defined by "now" of fashion, what your five senses feed to your brain and you have no idea what this blog is about-don't stop reading, get a friend to help you understand, if need be. i really do think, everyone wants to be appreciated as the truly unique individual that they are.

i try not to be obscure (meaning not clearly understood), but sometimes it is enevitable (incapable of being avoided or evaded).
